Hoggs waxed cotton Treggings are a variation on the age-old concept of chaps (originally made from leather), but with an enclosed seat area, and open only in the fly area. They provide weatherproof protection in the legs and are designed to be worn over trousers. With two pocket access slits and a nylon strap/plastic clip closure.
