Hasting Rugged Canvas Trousers

Well made but impractical design, crutch to waist distance too small for comfort. Fly very short. Legs cut very tight. Total result not a comfortable fit. Not really fit for work trousers.

Quality Rugged And Good Looking

Simple and good quality canvas trouser. A slim fit and long leg, perfect for me.

Excellent Countrywear Trouser

I have just received my second pair of these trousers. I was so impressed with the quality and functionality of the first pair I had purchased 2 months earlier I bought another pair. To my delight I also got my second pair on offer! The cut of leg is good especially if you wear wellies a lot like myself ( shooting , fishing , dog walking etc.)

EXTRA COST

Good trousers but they come in one, long length. Allow another £15 or so to have them shortened professionally.

Good, But With A Design Flaw

I have worn these trousers most days for the past six weeks. They are certainly comfortable. The canvas cloth is soft but seems robust enough and hasn't faded after washing. These trousers do have one design flaw, or at least the pair I have has. The belt loops are too far apart at the front, so that if you are being at all active, the front of the trouser drops below the belt, which isn't exactly flattering.

Exactly What I Wanted

Having trawled the interweb looking for robust, comfortable trousers that were still smart enough for work, I was so pleased to find these. Other options were either a lot more expensive, had a whiff of the urban commando about them or else limited to 'scrawny' sizes rather than the required 'portly.' Very comfy, and seem to be well made, the extra pockets are fairly discrete. Think I'll be getting a lot of use out of them.
