Reviews for Tyndrum Chelsea Boot

I purchased a pair of these boots and within weeks the elastic sides started to unravel. After 18 months of occasional and largely indoor use they are completely unwearable. I should have returned them immediately after purchase but didn't. I contacted Hoggs and was asked to return for their inspection. After several weeks they were returned with a letter stating "this was not a manufacturing defect" and with no apology. I agreed that there was no defect in manufacture but clearly manufactured from inferior materials. It was expected more from a boot sold at a premium price from an established UK company.
