I purchased my usual 16 (online) but it was miles too big. Ashley Clark kindly organised for me to have a 14, but it was still on the large side. I have just returned it via Royal Mail. Meantime I was in your area at the weekend and popped in to your shop and purchased the size 12. I am delighted with my jacket and with your service. Alls well that’s ends well.
