Reviews for Ranger X3 Trouser

Finally got to wear these trousers in some wet weather this past week. Ranger proved to be completely waterproof, windproof and very warm making for comfortable working. Very pleased with my purchase. A pity they appear to be discontinued.

I recently purchased the Ranger jacket from Fife and was very pleased with the quality, so I decided to go the whole 'Hoggs' (sorry about that!) and order the Ranger trousers to complement my jacket. This was a shrewd decision!! The trousers were half price at full on quality!! So I ordered a pair of XL. I was phoned shortly after ordering online and informed that they no longer had XL in stock. Owing to the description of a 'shooting fit' by the gentleman from Fife that contacted me, I decided to change my order to L. I received my trousers today to find them a perfect fit. The quality is great and they also have a lining alleviating the need for long john thermals except in the coldest of weather! I must praise Fife Country for their customer service, second to none. Many thanks and keep up the standard.

Just received my Ranger X trousers.Very impressed with the quality.It is a shame the weather is improving.I will have to wait until next winter to try them.

An excellent pair of trousers, hard wearing ideal for my particular job in the field

I've had my pair for over five years and they are still going strong. Very comfortable to walk in even. I don't even wear long johns with them in winter. Excellent.

Great pair of trousers, to match an equally great coat. Warm and waterproof, everything I need in a pair of winter shooting trousers.

Returned the first pair as crotch stitching broke, replaced very quickly but second pair also had a problem whereby the stitching in one of the pockets was poor and it was like putting your hand into a three fingered glove!! Shame because the fit is comfortable and they are waterproof.

I bought a pair of these, they are best ye,t I wear them as an over trousers but really should be worn on their own. That good I bought a second pair.
