I am just writing to say how pleased I am with first, the manner in which my order was handled by a delightful lady who helped me with the process. Second, I was delighted to receive my parcel just seventy two hours after placing the order and finally, of course the most important element, the two pairs of shoes I ordered are perfect in manufacture and fit. None of this surprised me of course, because that is the way things have been since I placed my first order with you several years ago.

A truly excellent shoe it looks smart and comfortable yet they are built to last. I bought these for my son a few weeks back and he is very pleased with them. He does a lot of commuting which involves train travel and a good amount of walking 5 days a week; he says they are very comfortable.

Worn these for the last few days to see how they go. Very comfortable and light, should be able to walk for hours in these with no trouble. Very happy with them.

The shoes I ordered are of very good quality just as described in your catalogue. Size correct and a very comfortable fit. All to often when you order especially shoes, they are rigid and have to be “broken in”. These Fife Country shoes I could easily walk out today in them and know they will be so comfortable. What a wonderful pair of very comfortable shoes. They fit like a glove and are very light to wear. The scuff protection is a welcome addition. I am continually scuffing the toe of my shoes getting in and out of the car. Now the scuff protector hits the foot pedals but no harm is done.

A very friendly and helpful customer service you have to go a long way to find service like this these days, The only place I can recall that includes a prepaid return service.
