I received my Moray Wide-Fit Casual Lace Shoes today, only two days after placing my order. I need a wide fit shoe for comfort, and these are excellent, with well padded insoles which support my arches. Very comfortable.

I recently had the need to purchase further footwear, having in the past been completely satisfied with my many purchases and the services received from you I had had no qualms in looking to source my needs from / via your online website.
As expected there was an excellent range of various footwear options from which I could choose my requirements, all well illustrated giving specification details of construction and importantly sizes along with previous customer reviews of the product. Ordering my chosen two pairs of choice by telephone was not only a “doddle “, but I was able to speak to a very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff about a query I had on a particular size issue, I was quoted a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days, said order delivered on the 3rd day very well packaged with returns details of any item that was not to my satisfaction.

All in all a thoroughly easy and enjoyable experience of shopping made so by the company Fife Country’s attitude to ensuring relationships and services provided to their customers is paramount by providing not only quality products but purchasing services along with happy helpful staff to implement them ensuring customers complete satisfaction.

I recently ordered a pair of these and unfortunately they were rather tight and I felt I should have ordered the next size up. I returned them easily, at no charge, using the return label and then received the bigger size, which are perfect. They are so comfortable and the service I received was excellent.
