I have previously purchased the Munro range of boots which I have found to be great boots, hard wearing and long lasting. I decided to try the Glencoe as lighter boots to complement my current Munros. They are immediately comfortable and in appearance with the same quality of uppers as the Munros, this is important to me as I spend a lot of time on wet grassland. Looking forward to experience their longevity. As the saying goes, look after your boots and they will look after you!

Just a note to say how brilliant the Glencoe hiking boots are. I walk about 8 miles every day with my dog and on our farm. I have flat feet and bunions but these boots are so comfortable, waterproof and hard wearing so I have no problem, they are super.

An exceptional boot. As one with 60 years of walking and walking boot experience these boots are a great buy for the price. Tested in walking through 6" of water and emerging with dry socks!

I've been looking for some walking boots for sometime. So far I am really happy with these boots, the fit is great, they're not heavy and provide good foot and ankle support too. Also at the price they are very good value for money.

I have recently received these and am very impressed with the quality and comfort. In this fine weather, I've yet to test their waterproof qualities. Usual excellent service from Fife Country.

Glencoe are sturdy, well made and comfortable. Will take a bit of wearing in by my husband's slim and flat feet, but a great purchase. Size was out of stock at time of order, but the excellent customer service team kept in touch and not charged until desptached.

I placed my first order with Fife County for a pair of Glencoe hikers. They arrived very promptly but the 9 1/2 were a little too big. I returned these and requested a size 9. I had also forgotten to use the discount code I had received with their catalogue. I emailed and asked if this could be applied to the return order. In less than a week since I returned the first pair of boots I have received the new pair and notification that my card has been credited with the discount. The boots are fabulous. It’s nice to Order from a company who’s customer service matches the high quality of their product.

These are very comfortable boots. Quite light in weight and so far completely waterproof. They were ordered on a Friday and delivered the following Monday - great service. I had to return them for a different size (my fault!) and again the replacements arrived very speedily.
