I've just received my Hoggs of Fife Cruden Boots. They arrived promptly within a few days from a phone call order. The purchase process was quick, simple and professionally dealt with. On arrival the boots were well packaged with a return form and postage label should the size be incorrect; this was not required as the sizing was true and correct. The boots were everything described in the catalogue, colour, size, width fit, and quality all met my expectations. This is not my first purchase of Hoggs of Fife products, as always they never disappoint.

I purchased these boots in October 2023 and found them comfortable and ideal to see me through the winter. In early spring I noticed the external aesthetic strip on the heels was beginning to peel: being a minor issue, I glued them back but the repair didn't last. In early May I sent photographs to Customer Services suggesting the manufacturer be advised as this was clearly a defect but as the boots had been worn over the winter I was happy to use them for walking the dog etc. I was surprised when I was asked to return the boots for inspection and even more delighted when I was offered a replacement or refund as they were within warranty. I am now in receipt of my replacement boots and would like to place on record my appreciation to Customers Service for the way they handled the issue. Well done Fife Country.

I have received my Cruden ankle boots in hickory brown. I am delighted, warm and comfortable; I am wearing them everywhere.

I have received this morning the boots which I ordered in December 2022. I am truly delighted with them and in fact have been delighted with everything which I have bought from you. The quality of the products is always exceptional and the boots this morning were no exception. They are comfortable, stylish in a contemporary way, and are so well made and waterproof they offer complete protection from all the elements that I will have to contend with when wearing them.

We have just received the fleece jacket and boots and the packing and delivery were second to none.

My wife a was extremely pleased with the jacket which fitted perfectly.

I was more than happy with the boots which are of high quality and give enough room for the wearing of

a good thick sock for the winter and the soles and heels being replaceable are another bonus.A good looking boot which is not only comfortable but hard wearing.

I received these boots as a christmas present and I must say these are excellent. They manage to combine excellent build quality with a stylish design. They have a waterproof membrane which has been excellent. The company should look to bring in more designs and styles similar to these as I feel these will be popular.

Since delivery on 02.12.21 my husband has talked about little else. He is absolutely taken with the BOOT - comfort, robustness, and quality. He has never had a pair of BOOTS that go anywhere near his new found 'friend'. I just hope they continue to meet his high expectations. Never over the 53 years we have been married have I heard him enthuse to such an extent about any footwear purchased.
