My jacket arrived today and I am so pleased with it. I have been thinking of adding a Harris tweed jacket to my wardrobe for sometime and having bought from Fife country before I knew I would be happy with it. The jacket is a heavy warm Tweed with beautiful lining and plenty of pockets and all the wonderful smell of a pure wool product.

Absolutely delighted with my new jacket, colours in the weave are exactly as in close up photo description. Fairly sure I paid much more than this in Inverness some years ago so consider purchase a bargain.

I spent a long time sourcing a top quality Harris tweed jacket. After lots of research I settled on Fife Country. I was concerned about colour and fit but this jacket did not disappoint. I am delighted - it is all I hoped for and was delivered in days and fits like a glove. I could not be more pleased.

This is a really nice jacket and will last for years, very pleased until I realised that the outer pockets are stitched closed and not loosely stitched but by machine. I was informed that this was standard practise and that the purchaser would normally unpick the stitching. Why, spoiled the whole purchasing experience and yes you guessed I ruined completely one pocket and am now looking for a tailor to replace them.
