Received fleece yesterday excellent well made very pleased wish I got it early, and such a good price but will be well used in rough weather, and also lightweight like wearing a feather.

Recently purchased. Does just what the description states. Good fit and very warm. Excellent service. The only downside did not obtain one years ago.

Tested in my own lab - Aberdeen beachfront! Passed muster no problem, highly recommend. Customer service great, as usual.

Just what I required, roomy, light, warm and waterproof (not tested in HEAVY rain yet)!

A couple of reviewers complain of lack of means of hanging fleece up, so I was pleased to see that mine, which arrived yesterday, DOES have a loop inside the collar. Well done for addressing a criticism! A well-made product, pleased with it, thanks.

Really pleased with the jacket, top quality outdoor wear that fits a big unit like myself. Really comfortable.

Bought this fleece recently for my husband. He is very pleased with the quality, finds it really comfortable to wear as it is lightweight yet warm. Has not tested its "waterproofability" yet but is sure this will be fine. Would recommend this Company to a friend. Delivery was excellent and the staff at Customer Services very competent and friendly!

This jacket matches the description! Warm and light and seems well made and good value. I normally go for XL size and the XL in this jacket fits well leaving a bit of room underneath but not baggy. Ordering and delivery all very smooth.

I have just received delivery of this fleece and have yet to test its waterproof capability but it is certainly light and warm. I look forward to the next wet day when a lightweight, warm and waterproof top negates the need for a heavier jacket.

I would like to say how pleased I am with my recent purhcase from Fife Country.
It is difficult to find a jacket that is completely waterproof, without being bulky, and at the same time light and warm.
However the Countryman Waterproof Fleece seems to tick all the boxes.

Delivered promptly to my house -place at a secure place (rear). It's a perfect fit, makes me feel warm. A minor niggle; there's no hook to hang it up (like a coat). Glad I bought it, I'll probably live in it! Thanks

My jacket arrived in good time yesterday and I wore it the same day. Fitting is good and garment is quite warm and very comfortable. There were rain showers and so far there has been no water penetration, so, so far so good! I am very pleased with this purchase.

A waterproof fleece with elasticated cuffs is hard to come by. In addition, its is comfortable to wear and well put together. In cold weather my hands can retreat into the sleeves to keep warm.

Well made fleece and ideal for "not so cold" wear. Delivery was very prompt. All in all, a very satisfied customer!

Last week I took delivery of a Fife Country Waterproof Fleece, it is very goodm warm and comfortable BUT I can't understand why there is no means of hanging it on a hook.

Prompted by your promotion (and the fact that my existing gear is several years old) I ordered one of your jackets having read your customer reviews and the comments about sizing. I need not have been anxious - superb service, quality, fitting and just in time for the current cold snap/winds. Does precisely what it says on the tin but also has more functional pockets than you can shake a stick at - I'm (almost) hoping Spring is a little late this year!

I was unsure of the sizing of this fleece so I spoke to a very helpful lady in the office who assured me that the sizings were generous.I therefore ordered the fleece on Friday and was very pleased when it arrived on Monday morning.The fit and the quality was as expected.Thank you very much for your excellent service

Received the fleece jacket in question this morning via Royal Mail @ 7.30! Having placed the order late Friday afternoon and leaving out the weekend, in reality the whole process has taken less than one working day. This is the best customer service I have ever received. The jacket is quality material and an extremely good fit too. I will have to see if it lives up to being waterproof and a wind stopper. Thank you to all involved.

I had been looking for a waterproof fleece at a reasonable price for some time and the Countryman was featured in the Telegraph, so I ordered one. I asked for delivery to be delayed by a couple of days too and the purchase went as smoothly as possible. The fleece looks great - happily not needed it's warmth/waterproofing qualities yet, but it won't be long. Well done Fife - I will be buying from you again!

Another excellent purchase from Fife . I never hesitate if an item catches my eye. Excellent quality, value for money and good service. Having had some items from you already, I ordered a Countryman fleece on 11th September. It came today with a letter asking for my experience with your firm. The short answer to that is VERY PLEASED AND VERY IMPRESSED. On placing the order I said that I was going away on 14th Sept for almost a fortnight. Rather than have a problem with delivery, I said that if it couldn't be delivered by 13th - which I thought could be difficult for you - would you not post it until after 23rd, when I would be home. I was told it was normal to take 5-7 days for delivery but they would let the warehouse know. Much to my surprise, it came this morning - and it is very nice. I’ve hunted for a waterproof fleece for ages and been told they weren’t made. A very happy customer - and it’s nice to hear a Scottish voice - given that I’m a Berwicker by birth and affinity - when making an order.
