DELIVERY DETAILS
Standard Delivery charge £4.95
Delivery of orders is normally within 2-3 days. Standard delivery charges are £4.95 to any address within the UK. [From time to time, and if a product has sold more quickly than expected, we may find ourselves briefly out of stock. In this circumstance, we will naturally be unable to deliver within 2-3 days. If this should happen, we will contact you to inform you of the delay.]
Next Day Delivery Monday to Thursday
If you require delivery the day after you place your order, and we receive your order in time to despatch it by 12 noon, we will deliver the next day for a supplement of £4, in addition to the standard delivery charge £4.95. [Unfortunately this service is not available to the Scottish Islands]. Unfortunately, orders received between Thursday 12 noon and Sunday 12 noon cannot be delivered next day.
Saturday Deliveries
If required, we can organise for your parcel to be delivered by 12 noon, on a Saturday, as long as we receive your order by 1pm on the Friday. The supplement for this service is £12, in addition to the standard delivery charge of £4.95.
International Deliveries
Charges for international deliveries are based on the weight and destination of the parcel, and are in accordance with published charges from Royal Mail. These costs will automatically be charged to your account at the time of despatch. If you require a carriage quotation prior to despatch, we will be pleased to provide this. Please also note that overseas orders must be paid for, by credit card, prior to despatch. In some cases, import duties may apply on receipt of your parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over this. UK VAT, at 17.5%, will be deducted from the cost of your goods, if you reside in a country outside the European Union or in a BFPO destination.
Returns Policy
We will exchange or refund your money on any purchase with which you are not wholly satisfied, within 2 months of purchase, on the one condition that the item in question remains as new. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost, and that we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection. If the goods are being returned due to an error on our part we will refund your return delivery costs.
How to Make a Return

Purchasing and Fitting Guidelines
Our advice is to try on all items of footwear indoors, on a carpet. This protects the sole of the shoe (especially if leather-soled), and allows us to exchange your shoes for a different size, if required. We also retain a history of all previous purchases so that we can advise on fittings prior to purchase. Alternatively, to enable you to establish, by yourself, the correct size prior to placing your order, please refer to our sizing guidelines.
