For peace of mind, it is best to send your footwear by registered post.

Repair Instructions

Remember to enclose a short note, handwritten or otherwise, explaining the work you would like done, for example whether a new sole and heel or only a new heel; whether a full sole or half sole; whether a leather sole or rubber sole; if a rubber sole, then which particular design and whether there are any special requests you have eg for new heel linings, toe tips or heel plates.

Delivery

We endeavour to have your footwear despatched back to you within 2 weeks of receiving it. Our standard delivery charge of £4.95 will be applied to the return of all footwear repairs.
